Schedule Of Fees
All fees are payable in full at the time of your appointment.
Cash, cashier’s check, traveler’s check, Visa, Master Card, and American
Express are accepted.
Sorry, no personal checks. Please inquire about your Insurance Carrier when
making an appointment. Women in need of financial arrangements must contact
our financial counselor prior to the time of their appointment.
Our fees are quoted based on the last normal
menstrual history you give us. The ultimate charge is based on a sonogram
done at our office by our technician.
Included in our services are pregnancy tests, pelvic
exams, counseling, post-operative care, and any medications needed during
the procedure. Customary fees are charged for other gynecological services.
Abortion Fees:
All fees are based on a sonogram measurement that indicates the weeks from
the last menstrual period (LMP)
Sublimaze, a powerful pain medication, is routinely provided for all
patients.

Counseling Services
- Telephone counseling and information on birth control and problem
pregnancy.
- Individual counseling by appointment regarding a problem pregnancy.
- Referral information for individuals and couples who want
relationship, marriage and/or sexual counseling.
Education Services
- Speakers bureau, through which staff members are available to make
presentations for community organizations, women's groups, church groups,
schools, university, and medical school classes.
- The office maintains a library of information on birth control and
abortion.
